A-4000-3 Automatic is designed for the production of pet - bottles.

Production involves heat by stretching and blowing stage

Bottles made from this equipment has a capacity from 0.25 to 3.0.

It can also produce bottle with liters capacity of 3000 bottles per hour.

Machine consists of a power plant, a furnace for heating, autoloader and container management terminal

The autoloader is designed to guide the production by feeding them into the heating zone.

The furnace used for heating the production is intended for uniform heating and orienting the heated production by stepping in the area of ​​capture-arm carriage.

The power plant is designed to skid heat during production into a mold by blowing the products; to remove finished products from the molds; and for further submission to the next element of the production line.

Applied service mechanical actuator is used to move the production and drawing by providing a constant speed and gain for better stretching of the production under predvyduve.

To control the pneumatic actuators, it uses specialized valve terminals with self-diagnostic function.

The machine is equipped with pneumatic equipment from leading firms "FESTO", "AirCom", and "OMRON”.

The design of this equipment allows to expand the "range" of products blown to up to 3.0 liters.
