The device effectively when working with plates of different types and structures, heights and materials from various manufacturers, including PCR-plates "skirts", "poluyubkami" and without "skirts". sealing parameters including optimum temperature of heating unit, the force pressing the movable carriage and the time can be adjusted using special software and stored in the internal memory of the device.

The LCD screen displays the status of the device, the selected parameters, including the current temperature and sealing time.
