The filling and Capping machines can be in a safety filling room and the explosion proof
Electric panel is placed outside the room. Both Machines have explosion proof Auxiliary control panel for machine adjustments and emergency stop/start. All construction is according to CE safety regulations.
The filling system is Volumetric with Teflon seals for aggressive products and all product contact parts and machine base are made out of stainless steel 316L.
The capping machine is suitable for plastic screw or push-on caps and the can be design for special insert and outer caps which are used for special packaging for agrochemical products.
