DESCRIPTION
Extra Virgin olive oil is a natural product 100%, it is the juice obtained from the fruit of the olive tree: the olive. In order to obtain a product of the highest quality, just like our extra virgin olive oils, all the process of extraction must be accomplished with special care, watching each and every stage and respecting the timings advised by the experience after many years of work and by the know-how inherited from our olive oil culture over generations. From that careful process, which is completely natural, we obtain our extra virgin olive oils.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
APPEARANCE: Bright liquid at 20ºC
COLOUR: Golden color, with shades ranging from green to yellow
FLAVOUR: Characterized by its bouquet of fresh fruit with hints of cut grass, fruits such as banana or fig, and vegetable aromas such as tomato.
