AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION LINE
Fully automated production line, tailor-made for the production of cakes/muffins with or without paper cups, for a medium-high production capacity. This line is able to produce different types of products, optimizing spaces, baking and cooling times. It is composed of:

Paper cup denester, batter depositor, filling unit and depanner, completely driven by servomotors, for a wide range of products and high accuracy.
Possibility of different types of cooling, including an innovative and compact “not-in-pan” system, to significantly reduce the cooling time and the number of pans in the system.
Pan management system made with materials that reduce both noise and wear-and-tear, while ensuring accuracy and positioning during transport.
Possibility of using punched pans to reduce baking time and increase the production capacity.
PLC and display (HMI) for production line control, data and recipe storing.
The automatic line is made according to the production capacity and product type required by the customer
