Product Descriptions
The automatic syrup room for beverages in general, is equipped with several manifolds (matrix) of valves with a centralised control system (located in a central control room) that allows for it to be entirely controlled, in real time by a single operator. Its specifications (no. of product tanks, no. of filling and formulation lines, etc..), as well as the level of automation varies according to the requirements and needs of the customer. CHARACTERISTICS -Matrix of perfectly configurable valves, with the possibility of expanding to the intended number of lines, only being dependent on the available physical space. -The manifolds are designed to allow easy access to any valve whether for maintenance or for simple checks. -Allows for the simultaneous washing of multiple lines and / or multiple tanks, depending on the configuration of the CIP and the manifold itself, providing for greater speed in the processes. It can also be formulated and filled at the same time. -Use of mix-proof valves where, for instance, products and CIP may flow at the same time. The valves can be equipped with sensors in order to check whether they are open or closed. -The tanks may be equipped with pressure sensors to measure the level of product they contain. Load cells can be used in order to obtain greater measurement accuracy. -The recipe system is quite flexible and adaptable to the internal specifications of each product. It is also expandable for new products or specifications. -In the formulation of the product mass flow-meters can be used which allow for a higher level of accuracy. -The supervisory system controls the entire process and has a system of data records (parameters) relating to the operations underway such as: quantities of product, duration of each operation, start times and end times, failures, etc... -The use of pressure sensors allows the view, at any moment, of the product and the existing amount in a given tank.
