APD-M350B MAP , APD-M410 tray sealer is a type of tray packing machine lunched specifically for food and other tray items. The basic principle of the packing is packing the food in the plastic pallet with plastic pallet and sealing film to make the packed food healthy, safe, and pleasing to the eye and prevent the pollution of food. The microcomputer programmable controller and man-machine interface
touch-screen control system are used in the machine. The parameter setting is intuitive and precise, and the operating is stable and reliable. According to the characteristics of the packing material, the parameters only need to be set for time to complete all of the packing operations uninterruptedly. The machine is of a high degree of automation. All of the major componenets are products of internationally renowned brand with reliable quality, long service life and easy to maintain. The operation is simple and convenient. Double startup safety switch is adopted to guarantee operator safety. The whole automatic packing process may be completed by just one touch of the start switch. Machine adopt easily replaceable sealing mould, client could replace the different sizes and shape mould according to their requirement.
