Human Rotavirus is one of the main pathogenic virus causing severe, dehydrating diarrhea among child in the world. Until now, there are seven groups (A to G) in rotavirus. Among these groups, only group A, B, and C of rotavirus can infect human, especially group A, which causes the majority of childhood infections (3 th 24 months of age account for the vast majority of severe infections).
Human Adenovirus is a well-known cause of respiratory illness in children. Adenovirus infections are endemnic in nature, showing little tendency to occur seasonally or in outbreaks. Enteric adenovirus types 40 and 41 cause gastroenteritis, usually in children.
