The Carnaroli variety, which is ideal for cooking risottos, is Italy’s most famous and widely used by chefs when cooking this famous dish. The rice does not overcook. The resulting risotto is creamy, firm and consistent. It is the favourite and most highly appreciated by the lovers of Italian cuisine.
Cooking time is 12 minutes for rice in broth and 16 minutes for dry rice.

2 MEASURES OF BROTH OR WATER PER 1 MEASURE OF RICE. WHEN THE WATER OR BROTH START BOILING ADD THE RICE. FOR A RICE BROTH DISH COOK IT FOR 12 MINUTES AND FOR A DRY RICE DISH COOK IT FOR 16 MINUTES.
