Simple Operation 

Wastewater from the washers is pumped to our Lint Vibration Removal System for
filtration of all large solids in the process water.
• Our process pump sends the filtered water through our pressure filters, removing
the suspended solids, oil and grease, soaps and organics, and other contaminants.
The final process sends the recycled water to directly back to the Tunnel Washer
or to a Tempered Water Tank and/or Hot Water Tank for reuse.
• UV and Ozone Disinfection System provide a dual assault on bacteria and viruses
before the recycled water goes back into the washing process. The AquaRecycle®
AquaSmart™ system monitors water quality and chemistry to insure only the
best quality water comes back to the laundry operation.
