Chia Oil is cold pressed from chia seeds (Salvia hispanica L). Chia Oil contains no added stabilisers or antioxidants. This high Omega 3 ALA oil has a pleasant lightly nutty flavour and can be used for direct consumption, adding to dairy, beverages, salad dressings, and supplements
