Product Descriptions
Principle and application:
Quantitative immunofluorescence analysis is based on reaction of antibody and antigen with fluorescent latex as tracer marker. It has become a new type international labeling technology after thefluorescein, enzyme, isotope and latex labeling, because of its absence of endogenous enzymes interference and radioisotope contaminations as well as more accurate positioning. It has been widely used in electron microscope, flow cytometry and western blot, staining, in vitro diagnostic reagents manufacturing and other fields
Commissioned by Wondfo in October, 2006 Hipro started our research on chromatography immunofluorescence technology. Based on our Zero Drift of Charge Integration Techniques and learn from design concept of US RAMP and i- CHROMA Reader of South Korean, we eventually invented the Reflection Fluorescence Sensor (patented in 2008)
It has been used in detection of livestock hormone in 2009. Test items such as Melamine, Clenbuterol, Ractopamine, and Salbutamol, ect have been available in the market and other items such as Adrenal cortical hormone and Sex hormones are also going to be released.
Technical characteristics:
1, Advanced chromatography immunofluorescence technology
2, Tests finished in 5 to 15 minutes
3, Built-in calibration, and quality control system to ensure precision
4, Parameters of reagents memoried in IC cards, which leave enough room for item increasing.
