Product Descriptions
The Clean-in-place (CIP) and Sterilization-in-place (SIP) systems are designed for automatic cleaning and disinfecting, without disassembly and assembly of parts. Additionally, a well-designed CIP system, utilizing double seat valves, process technology and integration, will allow for the cleaning of a certain portion of the lines while others continue to produce the product. In addition, a modern CIP system allows you to not only save money in terms of use but also by way of significant savings in chemical solutions (through reuse of these solutions), water (since the system is designed to only use the amount needed) and man hours. Cleaning can be carried out using manual or automated systems (depending on customer requirements) and is a reliable and repeatable process that responds to the most stringent hygiene standards required by the food, dairy, pharmaceutical and bio-tech industries. CHARACTERISTICS -CIP system with automatic management of wash cycles, control of concentration, conductivity and temperature. -The system's specifications (number of tanks and their capacities, number of CIP circuits, flow, speed, etc.) as well as the level of automation, vary according to the requirements and needs of each client. Tecnobento can deliver from the simplest systems (mobile units adaptable to different settings) to more complex solutions, integrated into the existing production facility. Typically, a CIP system is equipped with: - Tanks for disinfecting solutions, for hot water and for water recovery; -Plate exchangers; -Dosing pumps for soda, acid, additives, etc.; -Centrifugal pumps; -Interconnecting tubing of the equipment; -Valves and fittings; -Panel board. The cleaning process can be done automatically or manually and meets the highest standards of hygiene required by the food, beverage, pharmaceutical and dairy products industries.
