Entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel, the continuous cooker-stretcher has the function of cooking, stretching and kneading any type of pasta- filata cheese.
The machine is equipped by: - cooking vat with n. 2 variable-speed augers by inverter. - kneading section where two kneading arms, moving with variable speed by Inverter, allow the product to acquire the desired structure - electric control panel to manage all cooking/stretching phases, such as quantity and level of the hot water according to the product to be treated and the constant regulation of the water temperature. - the parts in contact with the product are teflon-coated in order to be non-stick.
POSSIBLE ADJUSTMENTS: - Augers speed - Knearding arms speed - Stretching / cooking water temperature - Water level in the coking vat and in the kneading section. - Possibility of recirculation and change of the stretching / cooking water.
OPTIONAL: Arrangement to CIP washing system with cover and spraying balls. The machine can be manufactured according to the American 3A Sanitary Standards.
