RABBIT'S conveyor belt repair is a long-lasting permanent patch system specifically formulated for rapid cure time and aggressive adhesion. Our patches are designed for repair the conveyor belt on site instead to replacing the belt and provide extensive shelf life.

Homogeneous mix of premium Natural Rubber and Neoprene withstand the wear and tear environment of mining sites. Repair patches are backed with high-grade polyethene adding a protection layer and suitable for onsite cold repair bonding.

MOULDTECH provides Repair patches with and without fabric reinforcement. Patches with Fabric reinforcement, helps in offering a balance between economical and durable repair for puncture/gouge damage, as well as longitudinal rips. The patches help in bringing the belt in service in short period without damage to conveyor belts and a better shelf life as original belt remains in service.
