The counter-pressure filling systems for carbonated liquids are designed and manufactured using highly innovative technology suitable to achieve the maximum precision in results, high production outputs, easy sanification, simplicity in operation and maintenance, and reliability.

The complete range of fillers is capable of handling any type of container: PET, plastic, glass, cans and various types of liquids: still, carbonated and flavoured water, still and carbonated soft-drinks and beer.

The filling tank can tolerate an exercise pressure of 6 Bar and is tested at a pressure of 9 Bar, certified by PED (EEC approved).

The distributing nozzle is completely manufactured in AISI316, in accordance to the sanitary regulations. In case the machine has to treat PET/PE/HDPE bottles, the filler can be equipped with a neck holding system.

The counter-pressure Monoblocs/Uniblocs, for carbonated water and soft-drinks in PET
bottles, have been designed and realised to guarantee considerable advantages to the end user.

The handling of the bottles by the neck and the removal of the infeed worm have reduced significantly the bottles change over times to a minimum (it now simply consists of adjustment to the outlet conveyor height).
