Entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel, the kneader is suitable for cooking and stretching in batches of soft pasta-filata products such as bocconcini, mozzarelle and fiordilatte, or for cooked pasta-filata products such as silani, provoloncini and caciocavalli. Different models available with capacity production per batch min. 30 Kg up to max. 200 Kg.
The machine is complete with: - n. 2 paddles with adjustable speed drive with INVERTER - Automatic tilting of the cooking vat in order to unload the product directly in the hopper of the moulding machine. - Stretching water discharge valve - The parts in contact with the product are teflon-coated in order to be non-stick. - Electric control panel with all the operating controls
