Group for curd cutting and cooker-stretcher feeding composed by:
- Curd cutter mod. Lab 01. Entirely built in stainless steel AISI 304,it has the function of cutting fresh or preserved curd into optimum-sized slices for the next stage in the cooking-stretching process.
- Dosing feeder mod. Lab 34. Entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel, the dosing feeder has the function of transporting and conveying the curd, which has previously been cut, to the cooker-stretcher, giving a more regular feed and consequently more constant processing in the next stage of the cooking-stretching process. The walls in contact with the product are entirely teflon-coated in order to be non-stick.
The machine can be manufactured according to the American 3A Sanitary Standards.
