It’s a versatile machine to process complete feeds in powder form to pellets. Material consisting of non-conventional and conventional feeds in mixed proportions of approx. 40 to 60% with added moisture in form of water ranging between 18 to 30% is mixed and fed through feeding system at uniform rate to conditioning chamber. The raw material is subjected to grinding, attrition, shearing, friction etc. to create heat and cook the material in the final chamber. Temperatures of 90 to 105 deg C. can be obtained and give a pressure cooker effect in the final chamber. Material expands as it comes out of the chamber, into the atmosphere. It ruptures the cells to obtain vitamins and amino acids for better digestibility of feed in animals. Machine works on 50 HP power for main drive and 2-3 HP for feeding system.
Capacity 100 to 150 kgs of complete feeds per Hr with 16mm pellet size.
