It's the simplest and most efficient system for feeding the automatic bakery lines. This solution allows the complete automation of the dough feeding to prevent human contact and a small space occupancy where the Hooper in mounted on the top of the Dough Extruder and faded by bowl elevator.
· Round hopper equipped with 2 arms and an independent motor (0.25 kW);
· Hopper capacity: 200 liter;
· Star shaped roller blades with 25 liter unload capacity;
· Intermittent motion with photo-electric sensor control of the unload cycle and possibly of bypass automatic mode;
· Independent driving by self-braking motor (1.1 kW); · All functions are digitally controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human Machine Interface) that allows easy switch between Manual or Automated feeding.
