Bread Diamter can be adjusted from 14cm to 28cm (6 to 11 inches).
Dough weight can be adjsuted from 40 to 150 grammes.
This flatbread automatic bread line can be fully automated by adding upon customer request PLC with HMI to control dough weight, production capacity, proofing time, dough sheeted thickness and size, baking temperature & time as well as cooling time for baked products of fltbread.
