Transparant dough A typical single purpose line for extremely thin transparent dough.
The process for this unique type of dough requires, apart from sheeting a continuous band of dough, a system to stretch the dough and to stabilize the dough in the stretched position. Of course this process requires special ingredients such as a very strong flour. In the course of many years we developed a process, based on our history in dough sheeting, and added a unique stretching system and a tunnel to stabilize the stretched dough under specific conditions. A filo dough, as you will know, is typical for the middle-east and Greece but also the real strudel dough, as made for instance in Vienna, has identical characteristics. For this process we can supply the right industrial solution.
