Javachem®AF is fluorine-containing UHMW polysiloxane with organic group modified, which uses polypropylene as carrier, combing the advantages of both silicone and organic fluorine, it will strongly adhere to the surface of polyolefin to reduce surface energy, give excellent hydrophobic and oleophobic performance and anti-fouling and self-cleaning properties to the material surface. Furthermore, it can effectively improve appearance of elastomer such as TPV, give a touch feel and prolong the service life of the material.

The functional group of Javachem®AF chemically reacts with PP, where the fluorine-containing silicone molecules homogeneously distribute without migration, which will bring out excellent waterproof and anti-fouling performances, furthermore, it has good thermal stability and chemical stability.
