• Open the sachet (not cut) and remove the foot heaters.
• Remove the protective film on the back of the foot warmers.

To avoid burns, the foot warmers must not be applied directly to the skin. The foot warmers should not be attached to the toe, ankle or the top of the foot. No more than one foot warmer may be used in each shoe.

Warnings
