PROCESSING Okra are delivered fresh within few hours of harvest, each load is sampled and assets for foreign material and physical defects. The load is then cleaned, Tip & trail cut, blanched, Sliced, frozen and filled into 10 kg carton & 2.5kg according to the specific specification. The cartons are then labeled and transferred to the cold store, where they are stored at -23⁰C untill required for shipment PACKING During packing, product is inspected before weighing and filling into cartons.
