GENERAL DESCRIPTION
GCT Roof boards consist of a rigid closed cell
Polyurethane(PUR) or Polyisocyanurate(PIR) foam.
GCT-Roof boards are manufactured in various thicknesses
from 20 – 150 mm and in densities ranging from 35Kg/m3
to 80Kg/m3-Densities.
GCT-Roof boards will meet the requirement of most international
insulation specifications:
These include: ASTM-C-1013, ASTM-C-591, HH-1-1972,
ASTM-D-1692, ASTM-E-84, DIN-4102, BS 476 JIS etc.
ASTM C 1289-06, Type I, Type II, Class 1, Grade 2 (20 psi),
Grade 3 (25 psi).
GCT-Roof boards are available with following finishes: -
a) Both sides with brown Kraft paper finished.
b) One side with Aluminium foil (Class ‘1’ ,Class ‘O’, Alu
glass) and other side brown Kraft paper finished.
c) Both sides with Black Fibreglass tissue finished.
