A brand new and revolutionary solution in the solar heating field
GIRASOLE is a copper pipe with a new coating made by two distinct layers: a slab of a particular mixture of synthetic fibers coupled with a cross-linked polyethylene foam layer. This union allows the coating to be resistant to high temperatures; that is why GIRASOLE is guaranteed up to a constant temperature of 180° C!!
GIRASOLE coating is also externally protected by a particular film of Polyethylene which keeps the pipe safe both from UV rays and from birds as well as other external dangers. Besides, the coating is provided with an inserted electrical wire for the power supply of the probe.The colour chosen for the coating of GIRASOLE is a sort of "red-brick" which, echoing the main tone of house roofs, helps to improve solar installations also from the aesthetical point of view.
