A specialty of Nara province from Nakagawa Masashichi Shoten, a store established in 1716 which survived through the centuries by relying on quality, tradition and gradual adaptation to changing times.

This Japanese kitchen cloth has been created following the traditional weaving method “hira-ori”, initially used to produce mosquito net and later on this functional large-sized kitchen cloth designed for daily use.

This cloth is absorbent, durable, dries very quickly, easy to wash and can be used for table wipes or for other various scenes such as covering and wrapping.

As you continue to use it, the cloth becomes softer and comfortable at the touch.

The design of this cloth recalls the colours of Mt. Fuji and also the shape in which it has been folded reminds of the peak of the famous Japanese mountain.

Before use, wash in warm or cold water until the glue is well removed.
