Happy Mrs. Jersey is a Dutch organic premium artisan ice cream. This ice cream is made with fullcream milk of Jersey Cow's.

The Jersey cow is a small brown, giving very rich milk. The milk is high in protein and fat. This unique milk gives a very creamy ice cream with a very sof texture.
