These innovative animal cages allow the user to create a thermal neutral zone within each individually ventilated cage thanks to the unique Solace Zone microprocessor-based controller. This patent-pending technology of heated animal cages is the only one available on the market to date.

It has been engineered to regulate the body temperature of rodent research models, helping to alleviate cold stress and improve research results. The system provides heated and HEPA ­ filtered ventilated air throughout all the cages.

Presently, the heated option is available only in 32-cage units (16 cages per side) and is made entirely of stainless steel. In addition to the temperature control through the special Air Handling Unit (AHU), the system is equipped with removable top shelves and casters with brakes.
