EasyCell assistant, the hematology imaging analyzer, uses state-of-the-art image-processing and pattern-recognition technology to automatically locate white cells on a blood smear, pre-classify the cells and then present them to a technician for review on an LCD display. The analyzer also presents images of red cells and platelets for performance of red cell morphology and platelet estimate.

EasyCell performs consistent WBC cell location and cell pre-classification and is especially helpful to less-experienced technicians. Later image review or image transmission to other laboratories for consultation is possible because digital images of each cell are permanently stored. Enables walk-away operation.
