Our automatic carpet washing machine is produced as 3 models namely HYM 284-V (for carpets of 2.5 m), HYM 336-V (for carpets of 3 m) ve HYM 436-V (for carpets of 4 m)
Operation process for our carpets in the automatic carpet washing machine is as follows :
1ST STAGE (PRELIMINARY WETTING NOZZLE SYSTEM)First of all, carpets are wetted in the stage of entry in the machine with pressurized water and prepared for washing stage.
2ND STAGE (MAIN WASHING UNIT)arpets passing through preliminary wetting enter in ramp bottom washing system. In this unit brushes the upper part of the carpet at the end of the ramp at the breaking point of the carpet and the other brushes lower part of the carpet falling from the ramp. Our system which has a separate band platform operates in two directions in an automated manner and provides the carpet to pass through the band system more easily.
3RD STAGE (HIGH PRESSURE RINSING UNIT)AWhile detergent carpets pass through washing unit, they are given high pressurized water in our rinsing unit and the lather on the carpet is removed to the right and left side of the carpet and purifies the carpet off detergent.
4TH STAGE (VACUUM SYSTEM)Carpets purified off detergent in the pressure rinsing unit come to our vacuum system in wet condition. In our vacuum system your carpets are vacuumed from the bottom of threads. Water of the carpet is taken at a proportion of 50-70% through vacuuming in this stage. Since water of carpets are vacuumed owing to the vacuum system our wringing machines wring lighter carpets and have longer lifetime. Since substances on carpets including hair, bristle, fluff on the carpets are taken through vacuuming you needn’t apply fluff removal operation on your carpets.
5TH STAGE (ROLLING)In the last stage, carpets are rolled after a better quality control when they come to the last stage in vacuumed and lather free condition.
