Furnaces nozzles used in processes where there are temperatures from 600 to over 1,500 Degrees Celsius. Refractory products usually consist of granular and cementitious materials that are pressed into a solid form and then added with water and further additives. This solid form serves primarily as a heat conductor for processes that demand the above-mentioned high temperatures.
Refractory products are used in steel foundries, glassworks, ash melting, incineration plants and molding of special alloys. Particularly, refractor products are placed inside of blast furnaces, incinerators and in power generation. They are used for production of metal products (steel, iron and non-ferrous metals), glass, chemicals (including pharmaceutical products) and building materials (concrete, bricks). The most frequently used refractory products are Stoppers and Nozzles for Industrial Furnaces.
