Gravimetric, Loss-in-Weight technology provides precise, uninterrupted dry ingredient metering to the Continuous Mixer. The metering systems provide accuracies of ½ percent or better, so your dough will be perfectly measured and consistent every time. Ingredient refills are programmed in advance and controlled by the PLC. Platform access allows hoppers to be filled by hand or automatically supplied by bulk handling systems above the feeders. Flow-meters connected to the closed loop control system ensure that the liquid ingredients are accurately delivered to the Mixer in coordination with the dry ingredients.
