SOS laxative is a reliable, well-tolerated preparation which resolves constipation in a natural and gentle manner and counteracts intestinal inertia.

Cause of constipation are often unbalanced diet, too little fluid intake, too little exercise, stress and hectic pace but also certain drugs.

The proven active ingredient macrogol binds the water ingested with the drinking solution and transports it into the intestine. This results in a softening of the stool and a complaint-free chair emptying. Macrogol leaves the body unchanged, leads to no habituation effect and is also applicable in chronic constipation.

SOS Laxative is a certified medical device whose safety and efficacy have been assessed in accordance with the requirements of the European Medical Devices Directive 93/42 / EEC.

Application

Adults, adolescents and elderly patients should, if unused by the physician, dissolve the contents of a sachet once or twice a day.

The contents of a sachet are dissolved in about 65 ml of water (equivalent to half a glass) and then drunk. The drinking solution should be freshly prepared before intake and should not be mixed with other solutions, beverages or additives. The effect occurs individually. Normally within 8 hours of first use.
