NAG: N-Acetyl-β-Glucosamidase

It is the enzyme discharged by Monilia Albanian, Trichomonas Vaginalis, Mycoplasma Hominis etc. This enzyme is able to damage the mucin barrier on surface of vaginal mucosa that has the protective function.

H2O2: Hydrogen Peroxide

It is the specific product of the beneficial dominant bacteria -- vaginal bacillus acidi lactici.

SNA: Sialidase

Sialidase is the specific enzyme discharged by pathogenic bacteria like Gardnerella Vaginalis, Mobiluncus etc., the positive denotes baterical vaginosis infection.

LE: Leukocyte Esterase

The leukocyte esterase is the carboxylesterase released by polymorphonuclear leucocytes, which reflects level of inflammation.
