The CORAL mod. MEC is of the modular sleeve type with continuous automatic unloading, for filtering woodchips, dust and sawdust. The structure is composed by sturdy galvanized panels bolted to one another and it is divided as follows: upper body containing cleaning devices, reggimaniche frame, filtering sleeves of 220 mm in diameter. and tube plate; lower body with hopper, emptying and unloading systems (rotary valve), fitted on legs.
The group is designed to work under pressure: the dusty air enters the (drawing 1) preliminary chamber which facilitates decantation of the larger particles, or in the hopper (drawing 2), and then up inside the sleeves and filtered out Angle: with a suitable outlet plenum the air can be either recovered or blown outside through a by-pass damper.
