-Reel holding group with cones, motorized unwinding system and automatic machine stoppage at film run out. Film compensation by dancing roller.

-Pneumatically-operated, intermittent motion horizontal seal jaws.

-Pneumatically-operated vertical hinged sealing group for rapid forming tube changeover.

-Friction drive film transport belts, self-centring,. Simple and fast changeover. Driven by inverter.

-Overhanging control panel, right or left hand positioning, with display and industrial PLC.

-Signal inputs programmed for external equipment like dosers, printers, labellers.

-Pneumatic circuit with alarm for air runout (on the control panel)

-Electrical control cabinet with PLC and first cls components. Wired according to European 24V directives. Mounted on sliding guides.

-The machine can work with any heat-seal materials like polypropylene, aluminium complex, PVC, laminated film and polyethylene (PE version)

-All moving mechanical parts and external support are treated with food grade chemical nickel bath with 0,3 mm metal penetration in order to guarantee inoxidizability.

In the inclined version of this model the operational part (forming tube, film transport group, horizontal sealing group, vertical sealing group) is inclined for the packaging of fragile products.
