DHLV-Z series
The low-pressure permanent magnet dual-frequency two-stage compression screw air compressor boasts a specially designed secondary compression system and a low-pressure dedicated host.
It is equipped with an IE5-level permanent magnet synchronous motor for peak efficiency. The compressor features a low-pressure oil and gas separation system, ensuring minimal oil content.
Additionally, it comes with a silent centrifugal fan configuration, a dual-frequency design for the host fan, an enhanced cooler side suction top row design, a cold and hot partition system, and a user-friendly touchscreen microcomputer controller for real-time monitoring of operational status.
Product Features
1) Permanent magnet motor, save your electricity costs, IP54, B-level temperature rise is suitable for harsh environments such as large dust and high temperature;
2) Multiple noise reduction design, calculated according to noise theory, with special flame-retardant muffler cotton inside to reduce unit noise and provide a quieter environment
3) Special low-pressure cooler with high efficiency and low noise centrifugal fan, large cooling air flow, low noise, faster cooling effect, convenient cleaning and maintenance;
4) Low-pressure special cyclone inner and outer oil sub-barrel design, improve the initial separation efficiency, with special low-pressure oil sub-core, low pressure loss, better separation effect, lower air oil content, long service life;
5) Auxiliary oil supply system is added to the unit below 3bar to ensure that the unit (especially the bearing) can get sufficient oil supply in the later period of long-term operation, the unit operates more stable and has a longer life
6) Place electrical components and oil separation and filtration modules that are easily damaged by high temperature in the cold room, which improves the service life of the unit.
