Description: This is probably the most famous of all Chinese Oolong teas. The name Tie Guan Yin means "Iron Goddess of Mercy" and the tea is as magnificent as its name implies. This tea has a very sweet, appetizing honey-life fragrance, taste and finishing. The sweet aftertaste will linger on in your mouth after a few sips. Good for multiple infusions.

Brewing Guide: We recommend using purple clay or porcelain tea ware. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Fill the teapot 1/4 to 1/3 full with tea leaves. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 100°c (212°F) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.Storage: store in a cool dry area
