Qugu orange deep processing factory pioneers the field of developing and industrial application of orange based products, in order to utilize the oranges left out of commercial grades.

The factory has a well equipped lab managed by joint Sino-Italian technicians developing new products esp. orange flavored wines, such as dry, sparkling, vermouth, cocktail and liquor. Among others orange vinegar, orange jam and orange sac tea are very poplar beverages welcomed by Chinese consumers. The orange flavored Zongzi is the most popular food for the Dragon Boat Festival for Chinese folks.

The factory manages several production units manufacturing various beverages and food products. Among which orange wines are the biggest unit. The winery covers more than 10,000 square meters working area, well equipped with juice extraction lines, about 200 fermentation tanks, distillation systems, and an underground cellar more than 1,000 square meters stacked with oak barrels 115pcs.  We work with French and Italian wineries for wine businesses.

Yearly the production capacity is about 3,000 tons.
