Pasteurization and cooling system using water that showers over the containers. Water is heated by heat plate or tubular heat exchangers. Various dimensions are available, depending on the various production needs with different formats (cans, bottles, bags, etc.).
Body is divided into zones of pre/heating, pasteurizing, pre/cooling and cooling. Each zone has a separate installation.
The regulation of pre/heating, pre-cooling and cooling zones are performed automatically through a sophisticated mechanism to obtain optimum water flow throughput the machine at all times.
Inputs and outputs of packaging through various conveyor belts of different speeds.
There are brushes at the output exit to prevent falls.
