This comfort meal is delicious, never freeze-dried, ready to “heat and eat”.  Wholesome entrees are prepared with no preservatives, no fillers, and need no refrigeration to sustain their extended shelf life. The “easy to use” self-heating oven inside required no fire or water to cook. Hot and delicious anywhere at any time.  Simply open the water pouch included in each box. Pour the water over the heating element. Put the meal face down on top of the heating element.  Then put it back in the box and wait for 5 minutes. Voila, you have a hot and delicious meal.   There are twelve 9oz boxes in a case.
