First of all we offer machines for blocked pies alternatively for sheeted pies, open or with lid. In case of blocked pies no return dough is produced. On the contrary in case of sheeted pies a considerable amount of dough is returned but can be re-used. In case of lids you have the choice of closed lids or for example lattice lids. In case of closed lids there is a choice between pie dough or puff pastry. We can apply different fillings such as sweet, savoury, liquid or semi liquid, whatever is required for your pie line.
