SIMPLE OPERATION 

Wastewater from the washers are pumped to a wastewater tank (IPT) and then to
our lint removal vibration system for removal of all large solids in the process water
• A centrifugal pump sends the filtered water through our pressure filters, removing the
suspended solids, oil and grease, soaps, and organics, and other contaminants and
sending the recycled water to a recycled water tank. Finally our supply pump sends
high volume flow of recycled water to the washing machines as both hot and cold
water supply to the wasters
• UV and Ozone Disinfection System provide a dual assault on bacteria and viruses
before the recycled water goes back into the washing process. The AquaRecycle®
AquaSmart™ system monitors water quality and chemistry to insure only the best
quality water comes back to the laundry operation
