The presses for pipes calibration have dimensions from 10,000 kN to 50,000 kN. The function of these presses is to calibrate the welded pipes, which are cold formed and made from sheet metal, which can be carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, superduplex and chrome steel. The pipes are used in oil & gas systems. The dimensions of the presses vary according to the dimension of the pipes to be processed: from 8" to 72" with a diameter of 1828.8 mm. The presses for calibration of pipes can have an automatic advancement shuttle system during the pipe calibration processing. There is an option to install an automatic mould change system. We make calibrating presses for pipes made of stainless steel, X70, Duplex, Superduplex up to 70 mm thick.
