Currently, we are standing at 200-250 FEUs per year but upscale to any extent is not an issue, as we have all the systems and processes in place. Our standard operating process enables us to decide in matter of time pressure point and where we need to increase or decrease to upscale and downscale.

We have mixed range of product, quality compliance for each project varies and is created during the initial days of order confirmation, so that last moment confusion is avoided and team is prepared with maximum tools and techniques to save time.

Approach 1. Products once received from the factory, we matches randomly from each box based on size dimension weight and appearance with the picture or real sample received during order confirmation.

Approach 2. If we do not have confirmed sample and client has shared with us picture and dimensions then first we get approval from client by arranging video conference and then referring to the approved piece we match the entire consignment of finished goods.

Approach 3. During video conference with client, client guides us with quintessential attributes of finished goods and ensuring all those points we create our own check list and inspect the goods accordingly.
