Diablo and Santana Heated Atmosphere Systems
The DIABLO "Heated Atmosphere" systems, with an accurately controlled atmosphere are recommended for small tools, mainly in the plastics industry such as spinnerets, screens, injection nozzles etc.
Parts are loaded on-to a loading frame that slides out of the chamber and is easily accessible from both sides.
Organics evaporate and oxidise in a safely controlled reactor that is efficiently sealed to guarantee accurate atmosphere control. The typical cleaning time is 1.5 to 4 hours.
Post combustion and the exhaust fan are integrated into the compact design.
The SANTANA "Heated Atmosphere" systems work according to the same principle as the Diablo but are usually employed for larger parts with minor contamination.
Parts are loaded onto a loading door that completely slides out of the cleaning chamber and is easily accessible from both sides using a hoisting system or forklift.
