The dry-type iron core reactor manufactured by Pearl is a type of epoxy resin casting product featuring low noise, low partial discharge and low loss. Core: The core is made of high quality grain-oriented cold rolled silicon steel of high magnetic conductivity and stacked up in reasonably designed ways, which greatly reduces no-load loss. During the core mould designing, simulation analysis is carried out to precisely calculate vibration frequency and scale, to avoid cavity resonance produced by the core structure during operation. Flexible connection is used between the core, winding and support. With the above measures adopted, the product noise is thus greatly reduced.
Winding: The winding is made of high quality foil conductor and strengthened and insulated with glass fiber. Then the winding is casted in the vacuum casting equipment imported from Germany HüBERS Company, which gives resin higher impregnation performance and the winding lower partial discharge. Optimum structure is designed to improve the electric distribution and lightning impulse simulation calculation and analysis is carried out with professional auxiliary software, thus to improve product's anti-lightning capability.
Normal Service Condition: 1. Altitude is not more than 1000m. 2. Ambient temperature is between -10℃~+40℃. 3. For indoor operation only.
