Riorder is a rotary type unscrambler for plastic bottles which permits a correct positioning of the containers to be handled from a previous bulk infeed.
One or more helical guides depart from the base of a fixed central cone and drive the containers up till the upper part of the rotating drum where the selecting pockets are fitted. The bottles, falling into these pockets, are led to the appropriately shaped extraction funnels to let the containers be orientated correctly. The containers, exiting from these sorting channels, are then led to the bottling line by means of a star ejecting system or a tangential paddle belt.
Riorder is equipped with an automatic ejection system for deformed bottles or containers which are not in the correct position. The riorder range includes machines with 1, 2 or 3 rising propellers according to the requested speed and the container type to be treated.
